I’m an international recruitment specialist with over 22 years’ experience across the beauty, medical, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetic aesthetics industries. Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with businesses across Australia, Asia, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, South Africa and Ireland. From early-stage start-ups to some of the world’s most established global brands.

I’m known as a commercially minded and trusted recruitment partner, with deep expertise in headhunting, executive search, retention strategies and employer branding. I’m regularly engaged to recruit for highly respected and prestigious brands, and to contribute to media commentary on talent trends and HR education. I also lead a graduate program and teach students on career pathways through leading accreditation bodies in both Europe and Australia.
